Flaxseed Gel – the “Botox in a jar” one

Ingredients:

– 2 tbsp whole flaxseeds
– 1 cup water
– 5 drops glycerin or vitamin E oil – optional

*How to make:*
1. Boil water + flaxseeds for 5-7 min until it gets slimy/gel texture
2. Strain it while hot through a fine mesh or old t-shirt
3. Add glycerin/vitamin E, mix, store in fridge for up to 1 week

*How to use:* Thin layer on clean face, 15-20 min, then rinse. The film it leaves gives a temporary “tightening” feel.

*2. Aloe Vera + Rice Gel*
*Ingredients:*
– 2 tbsp pure aloe vera gel
– 1 tbsp cooked rice water gel – boil rice, blend + strain the water, then thicken it

*How to make:* Mix both until smooth. Store in fridge 5 days max.

*How to use:* Same as above, 15-20 min mask.

*Important notes:*
1. Patch test first on your wrist. Aloe/flaxseed can irritate sensitive skin.
2. The “tightening” is just from the gel drying + hydration. Washes off after.
3. For real wrinkle care, dermatologists recommend sunscreen daily + retinoids. DIY gels = hydration boost only.
