Meatloaf Muffins

Introduction

Meatloaf muffins are a fun, modern twist on the traditional meatloaf. Instead of baking one large loaf, the mixture is divided into muffin tins, creating perfectly portioned servings that cook faster and develop a delicious crust on all sides. They’re ideal for meal prep, family dinners, or even party snacks.
